A Stroke of Midnight (Merry Gentry #4) by Laurell K. Hamilton Audiobook Review
Another re-listen for me as I prepare for book nine. This book is very similar to the reason many people left the Anita Blake series. I didn't remember the amount of sex in this book, but it is a lot. Merry is trying to solve a double homicide that happens in the Fairy Mound, but is constantly interrupted when the Goddess wants her to put her efforts into bringing life back to fairy instead. As Merry in descended from five different fertility deities, she uses sex as her power to bring back fairy. Oh well, the amount of sex in the two series has never bothered me, so I will push on.
