Sat July 25: 5,742 steps + DailyBurn Stability and Mobility 1 for 27 minutes 436 cals
Sun July 26: 9,993 steps + Horseback riding for 50 minutes 461 cals
Mon July 27: 3,734 steps (rest day, didn't feel well)
Tue July 28: 17,407 steps - Walked at zoo with friend after work
Wed July 29: 11,705 steps + DailyBurn Stability and Mobility for 26 minutes 471 cals + Crunchless Abs for 10 minutes 126 cals
Thu July 30: 21,996 steps rode horses, but forgot to turn on the app to track my progress.
Fri July 31: 14,656 steps + DailyBurn Core + 31 minutes 398 cals
I continue to work and track my calories. Last week I lost some weight, this week I gained. I'm not sure exactly why, there was no increase in my caloric intake. I'm thinking it might be time to go see a dietitian. What I'm doing is obviously not working.
