I'm getting back on this bandwagon. This has not been a great year for me. I was sick for most of January. I had the death of one of my horses (my first horse and a friend of 22 years) in February. I had a project at work that ate up all my time and energy in March. All of that is now behind me and I'm hoping that I can get myself back into gear in April.
I've signed up for DailyBurn, so I will be doing that several days a week. I will also be doing some walking, but at the moment, I'm having issues with my FitBit. I might need a new one, but that was an expense I was not expecting. :-( I also hope that by the end of the month, I will be riding my horse, but that is weather dependent. Right now, it is too muddy.
4/3 - Well, my Fitbit is dead. Support is wonderful and sending me a new one. I hope it gets here soon.
4/30 - Doing really well with Daily Burn. Still not loosing much weight, maybe a pound and half. I'm noticing a small change in my jeans, but not much. I'm going to keep working. With Daily Burn the exercises do get more difficult and burn more calories as you work through it.
